An active construction site showing a large concrete pour operation in an excavated pit near a waterway. Workers in high-visibility safety gear are managing the placement of concrete over a reinforced steel rebar mat, with a concrete pump truck extending its boom arm over the work area. A concrete mixer truck is positioned at the edge of the excavation, and silt fencing is visible along the riverbank as an erosion control measure.
