U.S. Air Force 18th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighters watch as Master Sgt. Roger Halle, 18th CES assistant chief of operations, is recognized by the Nirai Fire Department for his role in saving the life of a Japanese boy July 31, 2019, at Kadena Air Base, Japan.
