    PHILADELPHIA (29 July 2019) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Director of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Sean Brennan wears protective gloves while demonstrating a project to participants of Temple University’s STEM Summer Camp.
