Members from the Pacific Air Forces Inspector General Team observe members of Team Osan during an Senior Airman Timothy Allen, 51st Medical Operations Squadron medical technician, performs CPR on a mannequin during an Emergency Management Inspection here, April 16, 2012. The EMI tested how well Osan's responders react and how the evaluators tested that ability. Evaluators were tested on four major areas by the Pacific Air Forces Inspector General Team, which were response, withdrawal and recovery.
