The 21st Theater Sustainment Command brigade colors mass in a single formation behind the 21st TSC Color Guard during the 21st TSC change of command ceremony July 31, 2019 on Daenner Kaserne in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, outgoing commanding general of 21st TSC, relinquished command to Maj. Gen. Christopher O. Mohan, incoming commanding general 21st TSC. Shapiro will continue his Army career in Rock Island, Illinois at the U.S. Army Sustainment Command.
