PORTSMOUTH, Va. (July 11, 2019) - NMCP’s PICU waiting room was recently renovated and dedicated in Matthew Hafer’s honor. “Despite what Matthew was going through, he always kept a positive attitude,” said Cmdr. Coleman Bryan, NMCP’s Pediatric Hematology/Oncology department head. “He was always worried and concerned with how other people were doing. That was just his personality.
