A group photo of approximately 20 people, including several U.S. Navy/Marine personnel in digital camouflage uniforms and civilian participants of apparent Japanese and American backgrounds. The setting appears to be an indoor meeting room with a whiteboard sign partially reading 'Navy Marine Cafe' visible in the background. This appears to be a community engagement or cultural exchange event between U.S. military personnel and local Japanese civilians.

YOKOSUKA – Sailors from Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and other Yokosuka-base commands met with Japanese civilians during a community relations event called the “Navy Café” that kicked off at the CFAY Japan U.S. Cultural Exchange Center, July, 25. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
