Sgt. Matthew Needham, a squad leader assigned to D Company, 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, checks his Keep In Memory System list before engaging targets during the Saturday Marksmanship Proficiency Program on April 14. The KIMS list describes which targets are enemy combatants and which are marked as civilians and coalition forces. The 1-325th AIR "Red Falcons" hosted the competition, in which more than 30 Falcon Brigade paratroopers came in on their day off to participate. The event gave paratroopers throughout the Brigade an opportunity to train, compete with their peers, and, most importantly, become more proficient with their weapons. Needham is a native of San Antonio, Texas.
