    GROTON, Conn. (July. 24, 2019) Sailors assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Hartford (SSN 768) are welcomed home by their loved ones following a six-month deployment. Hartford returned to its homeport at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Conn. July 24, 2019. Hartford executed the chief of naval operation’s maritime strategy in supporting national security interests and maritime security operations.
