Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder was in Kuwait Tuesday as part of a three governor delegation to meet with National Guard and Reserve service members deployed here Roughly 180 Michigan Army National Guard members are serving in Kuwait, in addition to many Reserve and active-duty Michigan residents.
