Maj. Gen. Stacey T. Hawkins, outgoing commander of the Ogden Air Logistics Complex, speaks during a change of command ceremony July 19, 2019, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Brig. Gen. C. McCauley von Hoffman assumed command of the Ogden ALC during the ceremony. Hawkins served as the commander since August 2017.
