1930s era Royal Navy Signal flags fly aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class ?Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). Members Christopher Kolakowski, Director of the MacArthur Memorial, Jim Sikorski and Battleship Volunteer Robert Adamcik were on-hand for the special occasion.
