Boiling Springs, Pa., native Cpl. Matt Keller and Sgt. Luke McNally of Marlton, N.J., are squad leaders with Company F, 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division. They were responsible for leading their Marines during tough, realistic training, incorporating repetition, combined arms and decisive leadership in order to develop good small-unit leaders and a lethal and survivable force.
