190716-N-KW492-1242 ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 16, 2019) Personnel Specialist 3rd Class Ariella Samuel uses a mechanical advantage control hold on Airman Thanh Bui after being sprayed with oleoresin capsicum during security reaction force training on the flight deck of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). The Kearsarge ARG is deployed in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theater security cooperation, while providing a forward naval presence.
