Sgt. Shane P. Santelli, the motor transport chief of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point’s A Battery, 2nd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion, puts the finishing touches on one of his paintings in the 2nd LAAD headquarters building aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, April 3. Santelli began painting as a way to help him express himself after suffering traumatic injuries in Delaram, Afghanistain in 2010.
