Over hill and dale...repeat often as necessary...was the theme of several challenging legs for runners such as Gretchen Albrecht of Naval Hospital Bremerton during the Ragnar Relay NW Passage held July 12 and 13, 2019. The 200 mile event had approximately 450 teams of mostly 12 members - along with several six member ultra-teams and even a unique two member team - covering the distance from Blaine on the Canadian border through the scenic backroads of the Pacific Northwest to the southern Whidbey Island town of Langley (Official Navy photo by Douglas H Stutz, Naval Hospital Bremerton Public Affairs).
