Pvt. 1st Class Andrew Horn, a forward observer assigned to the 1-252 Armor Regiment, 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, watches for and identifies enemy targets during their 19-09 rotation at the National Training Center (NTC) on July 9, 2019.
