Team Strength with 287th Military Police Company, attached to 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, perform wall ball during the Warhorse Crossfit Challenge held at Camp Nathan Smith, April 8. To perform a wall ball the soldier must squat down past the 90 degree plane then stand up throwing a weighted ball 10 feet high against the wall. Each team member had to complete 20 wall balls with weighted balls ranging from 6.6 pounds to 25 pounds.
