Two large trucks are traveling on a tree-lined road, likely on or near a military installation based on the visible flag and signage. The left truck is a blue Kenworth semi-truck hauling a green container, while the right truck is a flatbed hauling what appears to be a damaged or worn military tactical vehicle (MRAP or similar). The setting features well-maintained grass lawns and mature trees consistent with a military base environment.

Commercial trucks haul cargo at the installation July 17, 2019, that is associated with U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Transportation Management System (TMS) prototype operations. Fort McCoy is the first Army installation to be a part of the USTRANSCOM TMS prototype fielding and testing. According to USTRANSCOM, part of the vision of the TMS prototype is to implement an enterprise-wide management system to perform global transportation functions within the plan, order, ship, track, and pay construct and leverage interoperable data and flow of information across the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise. More work with the TMS prototype is expected to continue at the installation. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
