    Cmdr. Frank Hutchison, assigned to the staff of the Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Judge Advocate General, and Lt. Rob Singer, assigned to the staff of the Naval Air Station Oceana Judge Advocate General, help residents affected by the April 6, 2012, crash of an F/A-18D Hornet apply for aide services offered by the Navy. The aircraft damaged an apartment complex after crashing shortly after takeoff.
