ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 8, 2019) Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Keenan Abrams moves a pallet of ordnance with a forklift on the flight deck aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). Kearsarge is the flagship for the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group. The Kearsarge ARG is deployed in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theater security cooperation, while providing a forward naval presence.
