(July 8, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 carry pieces of a Naval Enterprise Tactical Command Control tent configuration on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, July 8, in preparation for a Command Post Exercise.
