Sgt. Brad Miller, a medical readiness non-commissioned officer with the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) medical detachment, provides training on tactical casualty combat care (TCCC) to members of the Peruvian Armed Forces during a hands-on training held July 2, 2019, in Lima, Peru.
