Kyle Plunkett, the damage control assistant aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), from Cabot, Arkansas, receives a brief from Ukrainian Petty Officer 1st Class Aleksei Frytsák, an instructor at the Ukrainian Naval Training Center, on how the Ukrainian sailors train using their simulators as part of exercise Sea Breeze 2019, July 5, 2019.
