Rear Adm. Karl O. Talisman Sabre is an annual exercise in its 18th iteration since 2001, developing Australian and United States interoperability at the campaign, operational and tactical levels while strengthening security for a free and open Indo-Pacific. The exercise will include over 34,000 personnel operating from the air, land and sea from July 11th through July 24th. “Exercises like Talisman Sabre, will ensure the world understands the two nation’s united strength,” Thomas said.
