SSgt. Stephen Ferguson, a permanent member of the Marine Corps Rifle Team, was the winner of the 600 yard event during the 2019 Interservice Rifle Marksmanship Competition held from June held June 24-30 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. Ferguson, a Houston, Texas native, attributed his love of teaching marksmanship and working with a team to his individual success.
