Garry Dean, 1st Air Force (AFNORTH) Commander, Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command Region, Tyndall AFB, Fla., presents the official retirement order to Lt Col Rich Sirianni of the 142nd Fighter Wing on May 15, 2011 at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, Ore.
