Medics of the Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 112th Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard perform cold and hot load training on June 24 as part of Decisive Strike 19 in North Macedonia. The flight medic aboard a UH60 Blackhawk instructs the medics on proper casualty loading procedures during a dry or cold load training procedure while the helicopter blades are not in motion prior to conducting the hot load procedures when the blades are in motion.
