Two scuba divers are kneeling on a sandy seabed, working together on what appears to be a rope or line rigging system with an anchor point. A yellow lift bag or marker buoy is visible on the seafloor between them, and lines extend upward toward the surface. The water is clear and blue, suggesting moderate to good visibility at depth.

IWO TO, Japan (June 18, 2019) Explosive ordnance disposal technicians assigned to the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) and the U.S. Navy participate in a live bottom mine contact charge demonstration during IWOTO 2019. IWOTO 2019 is one of the largest live mine countermeasures exercises conducted in the entire world, providing personnel with the opportunity to conduct contact charges and FMRs against real mines without sensor packages.
