Plaques were awarded to 12 infantrymen who earned the honor of wearing the Expert Infantryman Badge during a ceremony held at Camp Virginia, Kuwait, March 29, 2012. These plaques formally awarded the Expert Infantryman Badge after successfully completing rigorous testing of 30 different tasks and a 12 mile road march. Twelve soldiers from the Brainerd, Minn., based 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 194th Armor earned the honor of calling themselves expert infantrymen.
