190628-N-XX139-0011 PENSACOLA, Fla. (June 28, 2019) Retired Navy Master Chief Cryptologic Technician (Collection) Mike Hawley and currently the building manager of student barracks for Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Corry Station, discusses morning tasks with Sailors awaiting training during his final day onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola Corry Station. Hawley, a Corry Station icon and fixture, officially retired from leading and mentoring Sailors in his federal service role, June 28. Hawley served the Navy and Sailors for a total of 54 years–16 of those years in a Navy chief, senior chief and master chief petty officer role. Hawley has led and inspired the many IWTC Corry Station Sailors to be successful, and to take personal pride in beautifying their barracks on a daily basis.
