Bill Minock, fleet manager for the Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Logistics Office, ensures a pump is appriately placed to remove ponding water at the Tulsa West Tulsa Levee. Minock, and other Corps of Engineers employees were assigned to assist Tulsa County Drainage District 12 with emergency operations during the May 2019 flood.
