A female soldier with 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division climbs down a rope wall after completing an obstacle March 14 here. Thirty-seven out of 41 soldiers of 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division “Raiders” pushed through a three-day assessment and selection process March 12-14 here and were selected to be part of the brigade’s first Female Engagement Team. On the final day of selection, candidates had to climb to uncomfortable heights and physically challenge themselves on eight different obstacles that each team member had to complete.
