Pierre Mebe, a carpentry/masonry specialist from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with the 358th Engineer Company, places a cinder block during construction of a medical clinic June 21 in Tojocaz, Guatemala. The 358th Engineer Co. brought a diverse team including U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from Haiti, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Ghana and throughout Pennsylvania to work with Guatemalan partners to build a medical clinic for the people of Tojocaz.
