Christopher Purcell, delivers his final remarks as the commanding officer of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4 during a change of command ceremony onboard Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI). The ceremony, overseen by Capt. Kevin Long, commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 10, made Cmdr. Wayne G. Lewis Jr. the 70th commanding officer of VP-4 since its establishment in 1943.
