Ryan Davis, Patrol Squadron (VP) 47 Commanding Officer, has his Command-at-Sea Badge pinned on by his wife Katie during VP-47's change of command ceremony on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI). VP-47 is a maritime patrol squadron currently stationed at NASWI. The Golden Swordsmen fly the P-8A Poseidon, the Navy's premiere long-range anti-submarine warfare platform.
