IZMIR, Turkey – U.S. Army Lt. Gen. John Thomson, Commander of Allied Land Command (LANDCOM), passed the pace stick to Canadian Army Chief Warrant Officer Kevin Mathers, the incoming Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL), at the LANDCOM Headquarters signifying the change in CSELs during the Change of Responsibility Ceremony held June 21, 2019 in Izmir, Turkey.
