MIDDLETOWN, Iowa - Pfc. Owen George, an Iowa National Guard (IANG) Soldier with Company C of the Recruit Sustainment Program, leads a group of southeast Iowa high school students in warm-up exercises during the 2019 IANG Fitness Camp at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Middletown, Iowa, on June 10, 2019. Owen was scheduled to leave for basic combat training the day after this workout and wanted to get in some exercise before he left. The IANG Fitness Camp is an organization designed to bring southeast Iowa high school students together in order to teach the values of teamwork, always doing your best and maintaining your physical fitness.
