Steelworker Constructionman Jose Maqueda, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 7 Detachment Bravo, uses an arc welder to fabricate a metal fuel tank platform at Camp Moreell. NMCB 7 and its detachments are currently one of two Seabee Battalions conducting contingency construction and deconstruction in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
