Incoming Commanding Officer, CDR Dorothy Hernaez succeeded CAPT Gregory Tozzi as commander of the USCGC HARRIET Lane in Portsmouth, Virginia on July 17th, 2019. The Ceremony was overseen by Vice Admiral Scott Buschman, Commanding officer Atlantic Area. CAPT Tozzi will be serving as the Executive Assistant to CG-9, the Coast Guard's Acquisitions Directorate.
