U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Culpriest Clark with Comanche Troop, 1st Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, explains the battle plan on June 17, 2019, during Operation Saber Guardian 19, at Cincu, Romania. Saber Guardian 2019 is an exercise co-led by Romanian Land Forces and U.S. Army Europe, taking place from June 3-24, to enhance joint and combined interoperability across a variety of mission sets between Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, the U.S. NATO allies and Partnership for Peace Nations.
