    Members of the Placer County Hazardous Material Team decontaminate soldiers from the 95th Civil Support Team after surveying a simulated domestic terrorist weapons of mass destruction lab while participating in Operation Red Snow, Feb. 14, at Glider Airport in Truckee, Calif.
