HHAE is a course developed by the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and JCU’s College of Health of Public Health, Medical and Veterinary Sciences designed to improve the management of public health emergencies during a humanitarian crises.
