U.S. Army soldiers from the 15th Engineering Company apply paint to bollard wall near the Calexico West port of entry [insert date here]. In response to a Department of Homeland Security request for assistance, the DoD is providing approximately 100 active duty personnel to apply coating with anti-climb capabilities and other operational benefits to approximately one-mile section of bollard wall.
