Paul Pearigen, NMW commander and chief of the Navy Medical Corps, visits The Franklin Institute during an executive engagement visit to Philadelphia and explores an exhibit about the brain’s neural network. During the visit, Pearigen discussed the importance of youth STEM programs with Institute leadership. The visit was coordinated by the Navy Office of Community Outreach to connect Americans with their Navy.
