190607-N-WI365-1096 PHILIPPINE SEA (June 07, 2019) – Gunner’s Mate Seaman James Baker, from Whitesboro, Texas, fires a shot line from the bridge wing of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) towards the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Amelia Earhart (T-AKE-6) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS). Ashland is underway conducting routine operations as part of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
