Reed, from Fayetteville, N.C., was the keynote speaker at the event and works as an operations officer at the Multi-National Division – Baghdad headquarters. McNish, from Trelawny, Jamaica, is the first of two women ever to serve in her military occupation specialty as a metal worker and is currently serving with the 115th Brigade Support Battalion at Camp Taji, Iraq.
