Michael Murphy, consisting of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and a final one-mile run, on the aft missile deck aboard aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112).
