Iowa Army National Guard Major Randall Stanford is cheered on as he begins Relay Iowa at the base of the Floyd Monument in Sioux City, Iowa on June 7, 2019. The 12 member team has members from both the Iowa Army and Air National Guard participating in the non-stop three day two night event that begins near the Missouri River in Sioux City, Iowa and ends on the Mississippi River in Dubuque, Iowa. Team members are from both the Iowa Air and Army National Guard.
