Sgt. 1st Class Nicolas Relacion, a native of West Grove, Pa., and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Shawn McKay, a native of Pittsburgh, both members of the 316th ESC, remove the straps from a large Trailer Mounted Support System tent during the setup process at Fort Dix, N.J., March 19. These tent systems are the first step in learning how to set up a Tactical Operations Center that will help ensure communication with command and control elements.
